New Office Launch
In December 2017, we moved to new offices in the Saint-Laurent Technoparc. Our new space reflects our digital vision, promotes collaboration and encourages teamwork. Our walls are erasable, so we can whiteboard ideas and create solutions. Our Innovation Hub is a think tank for designing and testing advanced client solutions.

In 2016 we began our Digital Transformation. We re-named Knowledge Providers Inc. to KPI Digital and designed a new logo that reflects our vision. We acquired expertise in digital analytics, customer experience and campaign automation. We added
Digital Marketing to our portfolio and implemented Watson Marketing to improve customer experience.
